Hi, I’m Michelle
After 20+ years leading digital, data, and AI transformation at some of Canada’s largest financial institutions, I have decided to chart a new path. A CPA by training, I’ve managed portfolios worth hundreds of millions, led teams of 300+, and helped organizations modernize through data, analytics, and technology — all while keeping a clear focus on financial accountability and operational impact.
But what I’m most proud of isn’t just the big numbers. It’s the people and organizations I’ve supported along the way: mentoring women in leadership, guiding nonprofits through complex challenges, and building strategies that actually stick — not just on paper.
I started The Infinite CDO Advisory Ltd. to enable businesses and nonprofits to unlock the potential of digital and AI. The tools are everywhere, but the strategy, execution, and confidence to use them? That’s where I come in.
